  1. Each department has a Personal Information Protection Supervisor and Personal Information Handling Supervisor. They will periodically check records and confirm that personal information and personal data in their respective departments are handled following the company's standards.
  2. In the event of a leakage of personal information or personal data in their departments, the Personal Information Protection Supervisor or Personal Information Handling Supervisor will report the information leakage to the Human Resources & General Affairs Section of the Corporate Department.

  3. Ensure that a password is required to re-access a computer after it has been left unattended with the power on, in sleep, hibernate, or any similar modes.

Technical security control measures

  1. Personal data and records are stored on a restricted-access network to ensure data security, and any personal information in paper form is stored in a secure place.
  2. To prevent unauthorized access, security software is kept up-to-date.
  3. Portable device usage rules are observed when using mobile terminals.
